A large international company that has a large-scale mineral processing operations is presently undergoing a significant period of change offering inherent challenges to the incumbent in the development of improvement methodologies and safety.

Job Description
As OHS Superintendent you will be reporting directly into the HSE Manager. You'll have a key role in the delivery and implementation of safety management processes. With a strong focus on workplace safety, training and emergency response. This role requires an experienced, autonomous OHS specialist, with a proven track record in underground and surface operations.

The Successful Applicant
  • You will possess a tertiary qualification in OHS and hold a minimum of 8 years experience within underground and surface operations.
  • Demonstrated experience in emergency response and incident controller.
  • You will have a thorough understanding of Workers Compensation Act, OHS principles and processes with a clear ability to interface and influence at all levels.
