Country Manager

Main function will be the management of all activities in mining exploration area and maintaining an effective team to achieve maximum profits and viability for the group.

Key Performance Areas

• Deal with all Permit requirements
• Manage and lead the team, to ensure monthly targets are met
• Ensure implementation of, and compliance to, local and company health, safety and environmental legislations
• Provide management, leadership and assistance to ensure all staff have clear direction on operational requirements
• Ensure company systems are utilized in accordance with group policies
• Client liaison to ensure new business opportunities are developed and existing client plans are clear and communicated
• Deliver new business targets
• Deliver community assistant to ensure the company is recognized as a local participant in the community
• Schedule and direct drilling activities to ensure efficient allocation of resources
• Ensure budgets are adhered to
