Craft Superintendent -SE
Responsibilities
- We are seeking experienced Craft Superintendents in the heavy civil arena. Typical duties will include, but not be limited to, hiring craft personnel, scheduling and directing work crews, preparing work plans, assuring quality control, managing and tracking cost, scheduling equipment and subcontractors, administering safety programs and maintaining good owner relations.
Qualifications
- Good attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepancies.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in heavy civil construction.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of construction and engineering principles and practices.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organization/time management skills.
- Ability to freely access all points of a construction site in wide-ranging climates and environment.
- Ability to travel/relocate based on business needs.
