Requirements
- [Company] Construction Consulting Practice provides Project Advisory, Dispute Resolution, and Construction Cost and Damages Services. Our multi-disciplined staff, which includes engineers, architects, scientists, cost accountants, and technical specialists, has experience working on all types of construction projects. Some of these include commercial buildings, industrial and manufacturing facilities, power plants, bridges and roads, marine structures, light rail systems, tunnels, airports, hospitals, sporting arenas, resorts and gaming facilities, and retail outfits.
- The Construction Consulting Practice is currently hiring for an Associate/Senior Associate for our Oakland, CA office. This person will be involved in projects relating to construction claims and contract dispute resolution, litigation services, construction management and construction consulting services.

Qualifications for this position include:
- B.S. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering (Advanced degree(s) and registration is preferred)
- 5-10 years of experience in construction claims consulting with prior project/construction management experience
- Knowledge of and experience with Primavera and/or Microsoft software tools
- Experience in contract dispute resolution and construction claims, litigation services, construction management and construction consulting services is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
