Sales Representative

L&M Radiator, Inc., is a worldwide manufacturer of heat exchangers for heavy-duty diesel-powered equipment applications including mobile mining equipment, oil and gas industry, heavy-duty off-road equipment, transit industry and power generation as well as industrial applications. We are in search of a sales representative for our Western Canadian territory (SK, AB, BC, MB, YT).

Responsibilities:

• We are seeking an experienced, self-starting individual to not only manage and maintain a current customer base, but also to generate substantial new business.
• Experience in our key industries is strongly preferred.
• While backed by an outstanding group of applications engineers and inside customer service reps, this is a field-based home-office position.
• With a technical customer base, the applicant must have good technical communication skills, be comfortable from the shop floor to the front office and be capable of working alone while communicating regularly with our main plant support staff to capture new business with existing customers and to develop new ones.

Requirements:

• 4 yr degree or equivalent plus 4-6 yrs industrial sales experience
• strong technical background
• non-compete agreement
• 50% travel
• Must live in assigned territory
