Executive Search Associate/Partner

R 55,000 -65,000 Per Month Basic Salary Plus Benefits

The Role:

  • A position exists for an experienced executive recruiter to join a niche-market, newly launched, executive search firm in Johannesburg.
  • The position will be to work alongside a Researcher and develop a new desk within the Mining Industry exclusively.
  • The position is very heavily focussed on business development and account management of top clients that get brought in.

The Benefits:

  • A comprehensive remuneration package is entirely dependent on the candidate, but realistically falling between R50k-R65k p/m plus incentives.

The Candidate:

  • The successful candidate must come from the executive search environment and be experienced and comfortable in negotiating retained search assignments.
  • The successful candidate will be a graduate in any field, with preference given to postgraduate business qualifications (such as an MBA or equivalent).
  • A track record in generating and maintaining client relationships, as well as candidate networks will be crucial to the success in this position.
  • Strong technical knowledge of the Mining sector is a must, as well as having a proven record in being to leverage existing networks within the industry.
