Senior Mining Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager

Our client is a well established Australian wide company with a excellent record delivery of new projects across the building and civil infrastructure sectors of industry currently have an exciting opportunity available in their rapidly expanding mining division.


In this role, you will be managing a small  team of Quantity Surveyors whom are commecially managing over $1 billion in project value.


Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Financial control.
• Feasibility analysis, tender documentation and bill of quantities.
• Forecasting, cost planning and client reporting.
• Measuring.
• All cost estimates.
• Applicants will need to possess a degree in either Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering. Experience of Cost X software would be preferable. Also a flexibility and willingness to work shift pattern 9/5 is essential.
