We now seek a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in a newly created role to complement our current specialties in Engineering and Surveying. As the consultant servicing the Mining and Construction sectors, you will require previous experience within this industry and an ability to build a strong network of both clients and candidates.
As you will be joining in a newly created role, strong Business Development skills will be essential. You will be a good communicator with well-developed relationship building skills. You are not afraid of talking to people and you are a good judge of character. This position would be best suited to somebody within the Mining / Construction industry who is looking for a change of career, or an internal recruiter or recruitment consultant with previous working experience within the Mining / Construction industry.
The remuneration on offer for this role will be commensurate with your previous skills and experience. In addition you will be entitled to a generous commission structure, your own office, paid expenses, and ongoing training and development.
