HR Practitioner Organization Development

My Client in the mining industry a world-class producer of Chrome ore is looking to hire an HR Practitioner, it supplies most of its product to the organisational groups Ferrochrome Smelter in Machadodorp it is situated about 60 kilometers from Lydenburg in the Mpumalanga Province, the successful applicant will report to the HR Superintendent: OD & Recruitment.

Minimum Requirements

  • Human Resources related Honours Degree
  • Registration as Psychometrist at the HPCSA
  • At least two years’ relevant experience, including Psychometric Assessment and Organizational Development
  • Experience in a mining environment will be advantageous
  • Knowledge of the Employment Equity Act, Labour Relations Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Skills Development Act, Mining Charter
  • Competent in mine HR systems
  • Computer literate for role
  • English proficiency
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication
  • High work standards and methodical approach
  • Initiative & Adaptability
  • Results orientation
  • Confidentiality and Integrity
  • Valid Code B Driver’s Licence
