My client in the mining industry a world-class of producer of Chrome ore is looking to hire an HR Practitioner compensation and benefits, it supplies most of its produce to the Organizational Group's Ferrochrome Smelter in Machadodorp it is situated about 60 Kilometers from Lydenburg in the Mpumalanga Province the successful applicant will report to the Superintendent - HR Service Centre.

Minimum Requirements

  • BCom degree or equivalent is required with the following subjects on 3rd year level: Statistics, Financial Management / Accountancy, HR/Personnel Management.
  • 3-5 years compensation and benefits management experience
  • Supervisory experience
  • Competent in HR systems and related legislation
  • Computer literate for role
  • English proficiency
