Mining Lab - Mill Operator

Mill Operator positions (2) available in Mining Laboratory located in Henderson, WA. Successful applicants will be responsible for automated milling & analysis equipment, grind sizing/test and various lab duties. Working 8 hour or 12 hour shifts. Availability to work any day of the week preferred but not essential. Essential criteria: Own reliable transport (as public transport is limited to this area & to attend training at other sites); excellent numeracy & literacy skills; be able to demonstrate good computer literacy; & be an independent worker with the ability to problem solve. On the job training will be provided for this specialised role. Firm commitment to OHS policy is very important. Successful applicants will possess or be willing to obtain MARCSTA qualification prior to job commencement. Steel Capped Safety Boots are part of the mandatory PPE to be worn for this position & you may be required to participate in medical, drug & alcohol testing in order to work on site.
