Job Description:
- [Company] is currently looking for a Health, Safety and Environmental Manager to provide coordinated management support and program direction in the areas of health, safety and environmental (HSE) program development, management and compliance. This person with be providing direct communication to account management on current HSE related incidents and compliance concerns, program development needs, and actions necessary to affect positive and sustained results.
- This person will be interfacing directly with client HSE representatives to facilitate an effective integration of the clients HSE requirements and expectations into CBRE's account specific HSE program. They'll develop and deliver effective employee and management HSE related training and orientation programs that are account specific and address all applicable regulatory training requirements. They will be responsible for company compliance with OSHA, DOT, EPA regulations and client policies and procedures as well as conducting training sessions with employees.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS along with 3 years of related experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state and local regulations
- Strong customer service experience and knowledge of HVAC systems
- Background in asbestos and lead paint
- Knowledge of facilities management is a plus
- Must Have OSHA 30
