Senior Accountant
Responsibilities
- This hands-on Accounting position will be deeply involved in the production and validation of reporting critical to executive level management, whether for recurring reports or ad-hoc requests.
The Senior Accountant will be responsible for:
- Support of field close processes
- Validation of field close results
- Consolidation and validation of corporate results
- Packaging and delivery of corporate results
- Support of ad-hoc information requests
Success at this position will be measured by:

- Accuracy of work product
- Ability to appropriately handle sensitive information
- Ability to work well with multiple workgroups
- Continual process improvement

Qualifications
The successful candidate should possess the following:
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, including the proven ability to adapt to a dynamic project environment and manage multiple concurrent project demands
- Experience and aptitude in dealing with data extraction using various database software products (particularly MS Access against MS SQL), and in presentation of related findings in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Ability to achieve results through influence when working with groups in different chains of command
- Ability to quickly establish and consistently maintain positive working relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Tenacity
- 4-year degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
- Minimum two years of Accounting/Finance experience
- Construction industry and/or SAP experience preferred
