The Role
• Due to expansion and promotion of the current team they are recruiting for a Customer Service Agent Order Taker
• The role is essential to the good name of the business as you are often the first point of contact for orders and queries.
• You will work along internal departments to make sure the customer experience is a good one.
• You will build lasting relationships with major accounts and repeat customers.
• You will process all orders through internal system and will generate reports for the internal sales department.
The Person
• For this role you need to be commercially aware and be looking for an opportunity to progress through a global company.
• The key traits you will need to demonstrate are drive, hunger to succeed in a customer service environment, a strong, witty personality, and the ability to naturally build rapport with others. Excellent communication skills are essential, as well as administration experience. You will have experience from a commercial background with an element of business-to-business customer service.
• You will be able to deal with complaints and queries and follow them through to resolution.
