We’re a specialist mining recruiter with a reputation for results. We’re Australian based with global clients and we deliver quality permanent, contract and workforce services to the mining industry. Established in 1995, we now employ a team of almost 50 internal staff working from four locations around Australia.
What are we looking for?
As a professional recruiter, you will be servicing existing clients, as well as sourcing new business opportunities. A background in recruiting for any of the following areas will be required for the role:
Trades – Boilermaker, Fixed Plant Fitter, Diesel Fitter, Electrician, Auto Electrician
Labourers – Trades Assistant, Sentries, Civil Construction
Shift Supervisors
Surface & Underground Operators
Field Staff – Pit, Field & Underground Geo Technician roles
Process, Metallurgical & Lab Technicians
You will be supported by a successful and professional team to ensure your personal and company targets are achieved.
About the Role
- Liaison with clients to understand and identify specific needs
- Candidate sourcing
- Candidate / Client marketing
- Managing your contractors and candidates
- This is a true 360 degree end-to-end recruitment role, where the successful applicant will be client and candidate facing. Whilst this role is not a full Business Development position, there is elements involved which require Consultants to sell our professional service and speak with clients in regards to current or future vacancies.
