Two nice options for someone currently in a Principal role but ready to bite the bullet and move up a level into something a little more challenging.

Option 1
If you are heading in a Study Manager direction and are interested in overseeing a group of Process Engineers in this respect I have a nice mid-sized team of 10 Process Engineers for you to jump on board with.

They are in a growth phase at the moment and their focus is mainly gold and base metals, however they are also creating a nice side stream in iron ore.

Option 2
If on the other hand leading a team, developing business and running projects is more your thing, you will like this role with one of the top EPCM firms in Perth, looking for someone to build the Process function into their existing mining business.

Whats nice about this role is that you get a say as to who will make up your team and what projects you will take on, whilst building on the existing client relationships already establishes within the group.

Minimum requirements are a Degree and at least 12-15 years experience in gold or base metals (operational and design experience needed), currently in a Principal role.
