Civil Engineer

  • Preparation of project design criteria and specifications for civil works and earthworks
  • Design of bulk earthworks terraces and earth dams
  • Design of structure and equipment foundations
  • Analysis and design of r.e. industrial structures (bins) and building structures
  • Design of storm water drains and culverts
  • Preparation of earthworks and civil tender documents.
  • Monitoring construction quality on site and resolution of technical queries.
  • B Eng/ B Tech Civil
  • Pr Eng or Pr Tech Eng
  • Ability to use standard analysis and design software
  • Familiarity with RSA load and design codes or practice.
  • 5 yrs exp in the mining, petrochemical or industrial type projects
