Sales Representative
- You will produce results by maintaining and establishing relationships with existing customers for the purpose of selling aggregates products in the Springfield, IL market areas while focusing on growing existing and prospective customers to increase market share and improving profit margins.
- Marketing and selling products within the designated market area.
- Targeting and acquiring new accounts by calling on various customers in the designated market area.
- Building relationships with customers to create awareness of Lehigh Hanson products.
- Strengthening and growing existing customer relationships.
- Representing Lehigh Hanson at industry functions.
- Managing activities within assigned sales budgets.
- Ensure commitment to and compliance with all Group and Company antitrust and competition laws and policies, including the Code of Business Conduct, through personal example, regular training, and periodic review of sales transactions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3-5 years’ experience selling in building materials preferred.
- Intermediate skills in MS Word and MS Excel.
- Must possess an understanding of construction aggregates products and markets.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Must reside in the Springfield or Bloomington, IL area.
- Must have valid driver’s license.
