Responsibility
• Organization and controls service of sold equipment.
• Handles service agreements.
• Responsible for warranty procedures optimization activity.
• Collecting and analyzes clients’ claims.
• Supervises the work of regional service centers.
• In charge of service agreements with the factory.
• Holds negotiations with suppliers.
• Organize and controls warehouse inventory process.
• Performing stock analysis and planning process.
Qualifications:
• Technical education, degree in mechanical engineering desirable
• Managerial experience.
• Experience in service operations management is a must.
• Significant experience in Construction &/or Mining industries.
• Experience within a commercial role, with some exposure to service & spare parts sales.
• Strong interpersonal skills as well as good verbal, writing and presentation skills.
