My client has an opening for a new Interpretation Geophysicist to join one of the London based exploration teams. They are well established Oil Company, with operations and productions across the globe.
The successful candidate will ideally have the following skills and experience:
• 2D and 3D seismic interpretation and be
• Prospect generation is considered essential,
• Strong geological interpretation skills,
• Structural geology and sequence stratigraphy,
• Depth conversion techniques,
• Knowledge of latest seismic technology, including PSDM, AVO, inversion and seismic attribute analysis is also required,
• Minimum of BSc Honours degree in the Geosciences, ideally a post-graduate qualification,
• 5-15+ years of seismic interpretation experience,
• Operating oil company experience needed,
• Able to speak French and/or Spanish would be advantageous.
