QC Inspector

[Company] is a leading provider of Subsea Intervention Tooling to the global oil and gas market. Due to continued growth, we currently have the following vacancies at our facility in Dyce, Aberdeen.

QC Inspector

Reporting to the QHSE Co-ordinator you will be required to verify product conformance in accordance with company inspection procedures through application of appropriate inspection techniques.

Key accountabilities include

• Inspection (visual, dimensional, painting or coating) of machined and fabricated parts received from suppliers.
• Inspection and expediting of parts at vendor premises
• Review of vendor documentation.
• Control of non-conformance records
• Provide quality control on all aspects of company product during assembly and test.
• Maintaining calibration records for relevant company equipment

Position requirements


Knowledge and experience:
• Machine shop background
• Knowledge of NDE techniques and welding operations
• Computer literate
• Good communication skills
