Certification Administrator

This is an onshore position based in our Aberdeen workshop reporting to the Base and ROV Services Supervisor.

Main Role:
• Making sure that all current rigging and lifting points certification complies with relevant regulations;
• All equipment requiring calibration within the workshop has in date certification;
• The certification data base for all equipment is up to date to meet new and ongoing project requirements;
• They are familiar with the FSSL equipment range and understand the basic functionalities of the various systems;
• All documentation associated with the equipment is compiled correctly;
• Familiar with and able to use the Integrated Management System documentation and processes as it applies to their role;
• Comply with FSSL's health and safety policies and general site safety rules;
• Support the ROV and Base Services Supervisor in their role as required;
• Undertake other data support duties in the Aberdeen Base as required.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
• Standard grade level or equivalent x 5 including English Language & Maths/Arithmetic.
• ECDL in computing or equivalent.
• Understanding of QHSE polices and practices. As well as in accordance with Fugro Subsea Services Limited QHSE and procedures.

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS
• Experience in a similar role.
• Understanding of HSE requirements.
• Basic understanding of mechanics.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
• Proven communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications.
