Heavy Equipment Mechanic

Job Description:

• [Company] is currently seeking for two full time Heavy Equipment Mechanic / Service Mechanic in Elko, Nevada.
• The Service Mechanic /Heavy Equipment Mechanic will be repairing and servicing heavy equipment and mobile mining equipment at mining sites and industrial facilities.
• The Service Mechanic / Heavy Equipment mechanic MUST have previous working experience at mining sites, coal mines, or quarry; and must have a strong Electrical and Mechanical background.
• The Service Mechanic /Heavy Equipment mechanic must have previous experience on troubleshooting and repairing large Heavy surface equipment (Shovels, excavators, dozers, loaders, crusher, AC/DC trucks and mobile mining equipment).
• The ideal candidate would be someone with at least 10 years of solid work history as a Heavy Equipment mechanic with a strong background in surface mining equipment or heavy equipment and a solid knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems and be able to perform a wide variety of electrical-mechanical repairs in the field.
• We are seeking for two mechanics with a stable work history and very good people skills, someone with the ability to work with a wide variety of heavy equipment.
• This position will require to operate a company, the candidates must have a current driver license, and a clean driving record; the candidates must be willing to submit to a drug screen and criminal background check as well.
• Pay $28-30/hour and full benefits as well a relocation package and a sign up bonus.
