Job Description
Opportunity for an senior Quantity Surveyor to join the Owners Team
Evaluate proposals, negotiate cost and contract options
Review the supply documentation prepared by the PMC
Monitor and audit the activities of the PMC
Based in Perth WA
The Successful Applicant
Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying
8+ years Australian experience preferably in the construction or resource industry
Exposure to large-scale multi-disciplinary resource projects over $200M
Commercial acumen and financial evaluation skills
Ability to liaise with all levels of the business, project teams and third parties
