Job Description
Reporting to the Health & Safety Manager, the position carries responsibility for training and assessing use of equipment in all mining areas of the site. Development of training plans will be a key objective and management of three reports is incorporated into daily duties.

The Successful Applicant
It is essential to have substantial experience operating a wide range of underground mining equipment, with a thorough understanding of training systems including the RII09 package. Applicants should hold:
Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment
Cert IV in OHS
Senior First Aid
Emergency management, people management and strong communication skills are essential to this role.
