DIRECTOR OF MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS
Vancouver, BC
As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand management, marketing, strategic communications, media and PR to support Allnorth's objectives of sales, growth and profitability. Reporting directly to the Chief Business Development Officer, the successful candidate will lead and manage the marketing function to ensure a consistent marketing message and position congruent with the corporate direction.
Key qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business with a specialization in Marketing or applicable industry experience;
- Minimum 10 years' experience building and managing a marketing and communications function in a high growth business preferably professional services;
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing marketing teams and professionals;
- Demonstrated ability to drive and execute successful Branding/Communication/ PR and marketing programs;
- Strong strategic thinking/planning skills and experience, with a proven track record of executing high-impact, results-oriented integrated marketing communications programs;
- Excellent business writing and editing skills;
- Excellent organizational and project planning skills;
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- Strong influencing and negotiating skills with the ability to motivate and build high performance teams.
