Project Controls Intern

Responsibilities

• Develop a project closeout database with as-built schedule information.
• Develop some standard closeout project cost information for future reference.
• Tracks and reports vendor liquidated damages.
• Tracks and reports on vendors¿ contract performance.
• Works closely with the Vendor Document Control to ensure timely return of vendor deliverables.
• Assists Project Controls Analysts in the updates and maintenance of the project schedules with regards to procurement. 
• Attends project meetings to assist in gathering information for the design development process.
• Assists in developing projections for projects.
• Utilizes the Operations Quality Assurance Manual.

Qualifications

• Exposure to project management software such as Primavera, Excel, Word and Access.  Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.  Knowledge of project management principles.  Must have a high degree of confidentiality and integrity with sensitive information.
