Job Description
As Engineering Survey Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day to day management of new and existing service contracts. To achieve this you will facilitate the ongoing training and development of a growing team of survey staff to ensure operational readiness and appropriate project allocation. Employee reviews and staff appraisals will form an integral part of this process. You will have full budget accountability and will ensure contract targets are met from both a time and cost perspective. Estimates, quotes and tenders as well as invoicing requirements will be included in your managerial duties whilst also being required to liaise with other divisional managers to ensure strategic outcomes and company goals are achieved.

The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this role you are required to hold a relevant tertiary qualification or diploma and demonstrate a thorough knowledge of surveying, ideally within Western Australia. To compliment this, you will have a strong commitment to safety and a detailed understanding of operational requirements and the associated costs. Strong interpersonal and communications skills and previous management experience will be essential to your success in this role.
