About our Client
Our client is a relatively small mining service organization, who possess some significant and well established relationships with major international miners. With a focused strategic growth plan over the next 12 to 18 months, they are currently adding highly experienced staff to their commercial and corporate teams. Included in these requirements is a Site based Contracts Administrator.


Job Description
Reporting to the Group Contracts Manager on site, some of the key responsibilities will include;

• Preparation of a range of contract standards and documentation
• Assist in the commercial and contractual negotiations on site
• Manage a portfolio of mining contracts through variations, claims, KPI evaluation, progress payments and coordination of contract charges
• Coordinate contract close out through completion of scope of work, evaluations and final certificates
• Furthermore you will manage and process all subcontractor claims and queries.

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will ideally have extensive end to end contracts experience within a high value and high volume environment. You will also have previous mining contracts experience and have exposure working on an operating mine site.
