About our Client
Our client, an ASX listed company based South of the River dealing in mining and resources, is seeking a motivated Joint Venture Accountant to join their finance team. Due to project expansion and continued economic growth this key position has become available.

Job Description
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the key responsibilities of the role will include:

• Responsible for being the stakeholder liaison for all external ventures;
• Involvement in dealing with all issues concerning any joint venture projects;
• Provide analysis and commentary for all joint venture projects;
• Financial and management reporting for multiple, high value joint ventures;
• Consolidated accounts relating to the companies joint ventures.

The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate should be CA/CPA qualified with experience within a large mining house. Exposure to JVs is also desirable. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to work both in a team as well as autonomously.
