Our client is a leading Mining Contracting and Civil Construction Company listed on the ASX. With offices throughout Australasia, they employ thousands of people to work on major projects and have a reputation of delivering high standards of work and innovative solutions.
Due to the commencement of a very large rail extension project in the Pilbara Region, our client is seeking Surveyors with a minimum of 4 years experience in the Civil & Infrastructure Construction Industry.
All positions are on a Fly in Fly Out, 15 / 6 day roster and the Projects will vary in length from 6 months to 2 years depending on the region. The opportunity to transfer to multiple projects in WA and Nationwide is available for candidates that have performed well within their given role.
An experienced Surveyor is required to work on our client’s large civil infrastructure project in WA’s North West. You will have a solid background working on civil construction projects.
Establishing and maintaining survey control
Producing daily survey requirements
Ensuring all survey work complies with the project requirements
Quality Assurance
Alignment calculations
Onsite surveying
Planning and progress reporting
In order to be successful, candidates will be required to have at least 4 years surveying experience in the mining and / or construction industry, you must be a self starter with a high level of construction skills.
You will be required to have experience working with a civil contractor on earthworks or structures projects. This is an excellent opportunity to working for a highly reputable company on a challenging civil infrastructure project. Only candidates with eligibility to work and live in Australia will be considered.
