Internal Sales Administrator

International Mining Systems company is looking for an Internal Sales Administrator for their Electronics Division in Randburg.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 plus (an Admin qualification will be advantageous)
  • Ability to perform duties without supervision.
  • Bilingual and good communication skills essential.
  • Must be computer literate in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Internet Explorer. 
  • Knowledge of Syspro is important but not essential.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic.
  • Ability to manage work pressure essential.
  • Own transport.
  • Technically minded.

Duties:

  • Liaison with customers and suppliers, internal sales, ordering equipment, inventory control, bills of materials for assemblies.
  • Assisting with the day to day duties, general admin etc.
  • Capturing of orders, GRV's, invoicing, documentation, backorder control, purchasing & planning of jobs.
