Role
Exploration Manager with key objective of managing, building and developing the asset base of the Company in Ethiopia and Djibouti.
Role Description
Responsible for the day to day management of activities on the ground in Ethiopia or other such countries as required.
Work areas to include but not limited to:
• Design and implementation of early stage exploration programmes
• Negotiation of third party projects
• Establish administrative structure
• Build corporate profile of the company
On Going Management areas
• Management of claim, environmental and legal matters
• Financial oversight of local administrator
• Preparation of project and annual budgets
• Recruitment of local staff$0 $0• Management of local team
• HR and Health and safety matters
• Local representative for commercial, financial and legal matters
Reporting: Reporting directly up to the Executive Director
Location: Addis Ababa
Salary order of $150,000 to $200,000 per year with living allowance for Addis Ababa and 3 flights to base every year. An annual performance related bonus of 20% of base salary as defined by the remuneration committee.
