Senior Engineer / Hydrogeologist

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate environmental data and develop remediation plans
  • Strong fiscal management skills
  • Prepare and oversee preparation of reports and calculation packages
  • Manage staff, schedule, and budget for projects and communicate with clients
  • Provide team leadership through delegation of tasks and mentoring junior staff
  • Proficient in business development activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in engineering, hydrogeology, or related field
  • Minimum of eight years relevant work experience in environmental consulting
  • Knowledge of hydrogeology, environmental regulations (state and federal), and environmental remediation
  • Experience in developing site conceptual models and building
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage a project team to accomplish complex quantitative analysis projects or tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical writing experience
  • Experience in training and mentoring junior staff, including establishing, focusing, and tracking staff goals
