Energy Human Resources specialises in Recruitment and HR Management within the Energy, Mining and Infrastructure industry. We have a focus on Executive Professions, Project Management, Technical and Operations, including Engineers and Draft-persons, as well as lower level Management and Team Leadership.
Due to increased demand and company growth, our clients require the services of an experienced Recruiter who has experience in the commercial construction & heavy industries. This role will also entail Team Leadership to the consultants who work within Energy Human Resources.
Reporting to the Company Director, you will be seconded into our client's business and your responsibilities will include a variety of tasks associated with professional recruitment, team management and client support. This includes, but is not limited to;
- Market research
- Formulating position descriptions
- Advertising
- Resume assessments
- Acknowledgement of applications and their status
- Interviewing
- Candidate assessment
- Reference Checking
- Headhunting
- Networking
- Report writing
- Maintenance of the personnel database
- Uploading or updating information into the database relating to the candidate or client
- Administration support
Depending on your strengths and experience in the Human Resource field, you may also be required to assist in HR related matters such as;
- HR policies and procedures
- Graduate programs
- Retention strategies
- Exit interviews
- Providing professional HR Advice to the business and their clients
- Writing of contracts, position descriptions and collating new starter packs.
To be successful in securing this position it is expected that you have worked in the Recruitment Industry for at least 5 years, with a particular focus on permanent recruitment. Opportunity exists for Team Leadership or Regional Management for the right person.
