Co is currently seeking a motivated full time Receptionist & Sales Administrator to join our new office in Jandakot. Hours are between 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday with rotating Saturdays.
The Role
Our Receptionists are the public face and voice of the company, coordinating incoming calls and handling customer enquiries. During the course of these enquiries you will be required to effectively sell and promote the RMS products and services. This role is also responsible for general office administration duties and any course processing duties required.
Duties will include:
Handle incoming calls, screening callers and directing to appropriate area.
Provide callers with relevant information pertaining to company services in response to queries
Handle customer counter enquires
Assist in accounts processing duties
Assist in office administration tasks
Assist in course processing.
Assist in Student Registration.
Selling and promoting co's products and services.
To be successful in this role you will possess:
Previous experience in a similar role
Sales background
Good attention to detail
High-level interpersonal and communication skills, a team player mentality and a keen work ethic
Intermediate Word and Excel skills
Previous exposure to MYOB would be desired
