Life Safety System Designer
Description and Desired Qualifications
- The challenge? Providing outstanding design and implementation services on every project. Our Life Safety System Designer position is your chance to work on exciting and engaging large-scale construction design, design/build and redesign for high-tech, pharmaceutical, and industrial manufacturing facilities. Each day you will serve as an expert on a multi-discipline, highly interactive and coordinated team providing design and implementation expertise in Life Safety Systems such as fire alarm and security systems. You should be a self-motivated individual with a at least 6 months of Life Safety System design experience, and have a desire to grow personally as well as professionally with each new Life Safety System job.
Our Life Safety Systems Design Specialist:
- Must know AutoCAD and 3D design software.
- Will perform design and implementation on fire alarm systems, security systems, and toxic gas monitoring systems.
- Will work with other engineers, designers, and drafters on including life safety system design on projects.
Basic Qualifications
6 months working with and designing life safety systems such as fire alarm, security systems, intercom, and digital recording systems.
6 months of project experience using Revit or AutoCAD MEP working on high-tech facilities
