" OHS Coordinator" for a 2/1 Roster FIFO Perth Only. Must be a resident of WA
This position is a permanent position
This is a hands on role that will have you working closely with our Project teams to ensure all the site safety requirements are met.
You will drive the HSE agenda by taking responsibility for:
Developing and driving a strong safety culture;
Conducting audits and inspections to ensure compliance with legislative HSE requirements;
Providing advice, support and direction to project teams on all HSE matters;
Coordination of incident investigations and preparation of reports;
Faciliating toolbox and committee meetings;
Collate data and generate HSE statistics;
Identifying HSE training needs.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
Tertiary qualification in OH&S; minimum of a Cert IV in OHS
A demonstrated knowledge of relevant Federal and WA OHS and Environmental legislation
Experience in a project orientated HSE role within the construction/engineering
Good working knowledge of AS4801 and ISO14001
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills; an ability to influence and develop strong working relationships with project teams.
