Tasks
- This person is responsible for a particular line of products within the [Company] portfolio. They are responsible for the "Five P" of the marketing mix.
- Product line sales to plan by region and globally, as well as portfolio profitability, Gross Margins for their product line
- Product Lifecycle development, new product development, product roadmaps aligned with key segment and customer needs
- Strive for 40% of revenue from new products
- New product launches achieving 70% forecast to sales ratio, and analysis of competitive positioning
Requirements
- 4 year secondary degree or experience
- 8+ years in discipline.
- Knowledge of the Road Milling or Underground Coal Mining industries an advantage, must be self-motivated and have the ability to work in a matrix organization.
