Reporting to the HR Manager  - Perth, this role will form part of the larger HR team and will assist with strategic and hands-on involvement in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and processes across the Company, and provision of HR advice and support across all levels. This is an exciting career opportunity for an experienced, energetic, generalist Snr HR Advisor to shine in an innovative and fast paced organisation. 

Key responsibilities will include:

• Providing timely and consistent HR advice and service to personnel.
• Building and maintaining relationships with business leaders.
• Providing HR/ER best practice advice including resourcing, remuneration, performance reviews and performance management.
• Maintaining HR standards and influencing change where appropriate.
• Offering support and advice on HR policies & procedures.

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

• Proven experience in a similar role across all HR functions.
• Sound demonstrable ER knowledge along with experience in case management.
• Tertiary qualifications in HR with prior experience in mining & resources.
• Possess high level of communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Display a high level of attention to detail, research and problem solving skills.
