Due to internal growth, we are now on the hunt for a dedicated and experienced HR Manager for our inaugural and expanding Cloudbreak mine site.

Working on a 4/3 roster and bringing your strong practical experience and solid HR knowledge to this role, you will be accountable for:

• Overseeing the provision of timely and consistent HR services to all Cloudbreak employees
• Partnering with business leaders and maintaining solid working relationships
• Overseeing the provision of advice in all aspects of HR/ER practices including resourcing, remuneration, performance reviews and performance management
• Ensuring the maintenance of HR standards and influencing change where appropriate
• Supervising & mentoring HR & Training teams
• Ensuring professional & compliant resolution of performance management issues

A significant track record of solid HR generalist experience in a mining environment is required to see you being successful in this challenging yet dynamic role. Your sound mediation and conflict management experience will stand you in good stead for this role, as will your advanced ER/IR knowledge
