An exciting opportunity exists for a Project Planner. 

The successful Candidate is required to develop and manage Project Schedules for the company across projects, assets and geographies.

Skills / Edu / Exp

A Must

• Minimum Bachelors degree / equivalent diploma or related qualification
• Knowledge of project planning using Primavera P5/6
• Excellent Ms Office functional skills
• Good Excel Experience

Preferred

• Experience in a Project Planning Software such Primavera, Ms Project, PRISM
• Knowledge and experience of SAP.
• 3 to 6 years Planning and related experience
• Creating and managing Project schedules
• WBS and CBS creation and subsequent coding structures
• EVM practical experience
• Experience applying the BD&I Model in developing and maintaining project plans
• Interaction with contractors on project plans and schedule management
• Project Management Exposure
• International exposure will be beneficial
• Knowledge and good understanding of PMBOK or similar will be beneficial
• Upstream Oil & Gas exposure will be beneficial
• EPCM knowledge, experience and exposure.

Experience Output Functions

• WBS and CBS creation and subsequent coding structures
• Develop  and maintain integrated project schedules
• Integrate Resource planning with all activities
• Report on Earned Value Management on all projects.
• Liaise with and provide functional support to project managers to ensure alignment and project delivery
