Direct a portfolio of projects with a successfully established EPC focusing on base metals and iron ore

Plenty of work on hand means although you will be responsible for this group and winning projects, the immediate pressure of business development is not a concern.

As the group grows decide on which projects and consulting work to undertake, this is not a "get any work you can" type of business.

Recruit and develop/train the team as it grows.

At least 10-15 years experience, Minerals Processing Degree, proven deal making/ business development experience.

The challenge for this mid-sized consultancy is attracting a leader who is a cultural fit. You'll enjoy freedom and work autonomy, they're looking for somone who can get on with the job.

Finally, we understand that finding a local candidate who is happy to throw themselves into a technical role with their eye on the development of this group is a pretty big task. However the long term financial and lifestyle rewards are satisfying and will be discussed in detail at interview.
