Integration Manager
Responsibilities
- The Manager for KieCore Integration is responsible for ensuring the functional integration across the various KieCore ([Company] ERP) functional modules and systems (SAP based) along with various key 3rd party and custom developed applications. In addition, is responsible for the insurance that the business processes and data is aligned across the various applications and modules in a fashion consistent with [Company] long term sustainable technical architecture and Information Management strategies.
- Give guidance for system architecture in SAP modules
- Provide input into the functional integrations across various SAP modules, systems, 3rd party applications, and custom designed applications.
- Ensure that the functional and technical architecture will support the business processes as defined in an optimal fashion and suggest alternative strategies and designs as appropriate.
- Work with the Project Management Team in utilizing the project controls to reflect the status of each project.
- Keep the IM Exec/CIO informed of any critical tasks that might be missed
- Align One IM Architecture Teams with Corporate strategic goals.
- Work with Data Conversion Team in developing load strategies for data loads for multiple concurrent projects.
- Assist to analyze business requirements from Business Owners, assist to document technical requirements, develop and recommend solutions and identify any potential process changes affected for Continuous Improvement Projects
- Perform functional design reviews for new projects and enhancements to existing projects
- Ensure adherence to change control policies and audit guidelines
- Complete a variety of work assignments within structured deadlines
- Follow corporate project execution framework
Qualifications
- Minimum five (5) years of ERP Application Experience (SAP System Preferred)
- Minimum five (5) years Enterprise level Information Systems experience
- Ideally 3+ Years of Business Process Design experience (defining processes and/or building/configuring/supporting systems to meet defined business processes)
- Strong technical aptitude
- Functional knowledge of Construction (or similar) Industry Business Processes
- Must have strong communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Proven experience in managing simultaneous, multiple large project teams on complex, multi-disciplined projects
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Bachelors and/or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Information Technology or Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced management degree and relevant industry experience is preferred.
