Quality Manager

Responsibilities

  • The following list summarizes periodic activities performed by the QM in facilitating and implementing the Quality Program: facilitate and conduct training, site surveillances, performance reporting, program measurement, results vs. goals, orientation with 30 day follow-up, owner interface, incident tracking, electronic data logs, rework costing, coordinate NDE examination, develop and review ITPs, calibration records, welder qualifications, weld record documentation, work plan and work package review, project quality records, turnover documentation, subcontractor plan review, root cause analysis, incident trending, program effectiveness review, assessments, implementation of lessons learned, and facilitation of best practices.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. 
  • Must be familiar with industrial quality programs.
  • The ability to freely access all points of a construction site in wide-ranging climates and environment.
  • The ability to travel and relocate as required.
