Our client is a global nework leader in storage and transshipment solutions with a mission to ensure the logisitic processes are more efficient.
The company plays a key role in the international logistics chain where products are transported from the terminal to the end users by vessel, tank truck or pipeline. Thier services are developed accoprding to the product, market and functional requirments in co operation with the customers and strategic partners.
The purpose of the role as a National Operational Trainer is to lead and provide safety training on safety and operational procedures.
The role involves but isn't limited to:
Executing and delivering training and developmentg programmes with the company guideline
Deliver both on the job and class room training to all operators
Being adaptable to ensure training is provided to the highest standard
Work with LMS and record keeping officer
Evaluate training programmes to improve the content and delivery of the programmes
Report on monthly outcomes
Update and review safety and operational procedures with all regulations
Your experience is:
3 + years experience in coordinating abd delivering technical training programmes
3+ years working as trainer or in a coaching capacity systems and safety training
Technical qualifications ( Engineering or Mechanical) deirable
Good knowledge of operations, safety in a hazard facility environment
Excellent communication skills
