Anachemia, a division of VWR International LLC.  is an industry leader for the sale and distribution of chemicals, laboratory supplies and equipment in the U.S., Canada, Latin America and Mexico.  Anachemia has provided products and services to the research, environmental, industrial and mining industries since 1942.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, unpack, inspect, sort and identify all product delivered to the warehouse
  • Stock shelves
  • Enter information in our computer system
  • Physically prepare orders, transport documents in accordance with procedures and client specifications
  • Cycle-counting
  • Process return goods
  • Maintain cleanliness in the warehouse

Entrance Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • 3 to 5 years experience in shipping and/or receiving
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Detail-oriented, good with numbers
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 100 lbs)
  • Forklift operator license is an asset
  • TDG certificate is an asset
