Mining Commercial Program Manager - International

Role Summary/Purpose:

• The Mining Commercial Program Manager is the primary interface with customer supply chain teams regarding forecasting, ordering, and fulfillment. In this role you will utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and have the ability to effect short-term and some long - term business goals.

Essential Responsibilities

• Maintain Oracle transactions including order entry, pricing, customer returns and configuration management
• Have the ability to perform forecasting, scheduling, pricing, administration, and other related activities
• Plan, monitor, and evaluate on-time delivery to ensure Customer's needs are being met. Identify and drive opportunities to improve delivery and Customer satisfaction
• Provide ongoing Customer support including invoice exceptions, pricing, and delivery updates as required
• Represent customers in production meetings and communicates status to the customer

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college OR a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience
