This rapidly expanding sub-contractor continue to grow from strength to strength. Due to an ever growing portfolio of awarded contracts they are currently seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join their growing project team.
  
You will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager in dealing with claims, variations, verifying sub-contractor claims and assisting with estimating on future projects.
  
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in a Contract Administration role, within a commercial building/civil environment. It is an essential that you have undertaken a range of projects in your career, whilst experience of appropriate software programmes is essential.
  
This role is initially on a contract basis, with a strong possibility of the role becoming permanent for the right candidate, the employer will consider sponsorship if required.
