This leading EPCM provides professional innovative solutions across a broad range of infrastructure and resources projects. Due to an ever growing portfolio of contracts they are currently seeking an experienced Site Cost Control Controller to join their growing project controls team, on a fly in/fly out basis.
  
You will be responsible for putting in place effective cost controls on the project, to record and analyse costs and trends and to provide appropriate advice to key project members. 
 
Working on a high profile project in Port Headland your main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Working with the project teams to develop sub consultant budgets
• Track actual weekly labour costs, and analyse data to ensure charges are within budget, and charges are correctly coded.
• Assist coaching project team to ensure they understand charging procedures
• Develop the Change Management process to price out deviations and bring to closure
• Develop and update labour budget graphs to monitor cost status
• Support cost studies on as as-required basis
• Set-up, update and maintain FD Cost database for all JV costs and theCMS cost database
• Participate in forecasting of all project costs
• Prepare monthly PSR report and adhere to deadlines
• Prepare all information required on a timely, accurate basis
• Be able to present and explain all data submitted

 
 
You will be responsible for assisting the team in providing cost management, variations, invoice transmittals, project auditing and contract services, to a wide range of projects, pre-dominantly working within major resource related projects.
  
It is an essential requirement that you have undertaken a range of projects in your career, which must include resource and infrastructure projects within Western Australia.
